Thanks for visiting – the title ‘lightly emplaced’ comes from melding a life as an academic geographer (that I have coined ‘ecological humanities’ given my research interests), some Earthly roaming and a desire to express the semiotics in what I see – the nature of ‘place’ and how connected we can be.
